This unit contains a pellet smoker which is a FEC SERIES 100 Fast Eddy's by Cookshack model and vented out of the roof of the trailer. This unit can be powered by either ground or remote power. The remote power is generated by 3 Interstate deep cell marine batteries with a DC to AC power 5000 watt inverter charged by an Iota power converter/charger. It has interior lighting and outlets for outside lighting.
